  • Child Outpatient - provides psychiatric, psychological testing and counseling services for children experiencing serious emotional problems and their families. Offices are in Fairhope, Foley, and Bay Minette. For appointments, please call 800-738-2871.
  • WINGS - A cooperative program of the Center and Baldwin County public schools, WINGS provides a therapeutic classroom for children in grades 1 through 5 whose behavioral and emotional problems hinder their normal development in school and at home. Located in the Fairhope facility, referrals are made through the Baldwin County public schools.
  • SOAR - A cooperative program of the Center and Baldwin County public schools, SOAR provides a therapeutic classroom for children in grades 6 through 8 whose 000-005 behavioral and emotional problems hinders their normal development in school and at home. Located in the Fairhope facility, referrals are made through the Baldwin County public schools.
  • A.C.E. - A cooperative program of the Center and Baldwin County public schools, ACE provides a therapeutic classroom for youth in grades 9 through 12 whose behavioral and emotional problems hinder their normal development in school and at home. Located in Foley, referrals are through the Baldwin County public schools.
  • T.E.E.N. - an intensive outpatient treatment program for youth who are at risk because of abuse of alcohol or drugs. Located in Foley. For further information, please call 800-738-2871.
  • REAP - A cooperative program of the Center and the Alabama Children's Trust Fund, REAP provides parenting skills and counseling services to parents of children up to age 12. For further information, please call (251)-990-4237.
  • Prevention Services - A cooperative program with the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, the program provides 70-680 counseling, guidance, and supportive services to children and youth whose behavior has brought them to the attention of the Juvenile Justice system. Services are also provided to their families. For information, please call (251) 990-4233.
